- i ship ww from finland
- i do NOT trade with or buy from asian countries, as the mail takes forever to arrive and often gets lost
- packaging with penny sleeve, toploader & washi tape + a thicker small envelope (made from album pages) + outer envelope
- packaging bigger items with cardboard
- i send a video of the pc WITH FLASH + sending it out
- i am NOT responsible for any missing or damaged mail after i have sent out.

 trades 
- you have to have atleast 30 CLICKABLE proofs or i will ask you to send first
- i expect the same proofs that i send you
- you can put my @ on envelopes!

 sales 
- prices are always in euros € and exclude shipping- possible payment methods:
> paypal f&f (can do g&s but you’ll have to cover the fees)
> mobilepay & bank transfer in finland

 shipping prices 

 group orders 
- backouts are NOT allowed, if you need to give up your spot due to no matter what reasons, PLEASE find a replacement
- please meet the deadlines!! i haven’t had to yet, but i might start collecting extra for missed deadlines if it starts happening often :(
- i am not responsible for:
> any type of manufacturing errors
> any damage to the items that have happened during shipping to me
> any missing item from sets
> if the store ships the albums with missing pobs / without pobs
 ^ no refund will be given in any of these cases! 
- please don’t join my group orders if you can't wait, they usually take a lot of effort and time. stores might take long to ship out sometimes, but items do usually get to me within 1-4 weeks
- if you change your username please let me know!
- SPECIFICALLY FOR NEOKYO GROUP ORDERS: sometimes there are problems with neokyo refunds. i CANNOT refund you if neokyo doesnt refund me. if you dont understand this please do not join my gos as it is not my fault, and IN THESE CASES i WILL NOT pay my joiners out of my own pocket.
